Do you know one Reason, why a senior lawyer will say, “There is nothing to worry. We will get favorable order” even when he knows that case is very bad….?

A senior lawyer has to learn to hide his fears and anxieties. He is in the role of a leader. He has to act confidently throughout the case. That brighten ups chances of winning case also.

But the main reason I see is, “The moment some expert tells us that there is nothing to worry, a mountain size load of anxieties and worries are uplifted from our mind.”. This is true in any field. This helps clients also. The gift of hope is the greatest gift one can give.

The client feels a new wave of courage to fight. This infuses courage to fight even in his senior lawyer.

On the other hand, if a senior lawyer honestly says to client that his case is very bad, he is in fact shirking from his duty to be a leader and to lead in the battlefield.

Result of a legal case are always unexpected and unpredictable.

To act confidently at all times in all cases, is true leadership.
